Winter Yoga Practice ❄️

Winter is a time for nourishment of the body and to feel deeply into the bones. We'll feel into the totality of the body in this 45 minute practice.

This Winter Practice is offered freely in the spirit of giving. Generosity is a practice that, when cultivated, ripples out to those surrounding us, and beyond. A contribution to Satya for this yoga practice contributes to the lives of other human beings by helping to maintain accessible, high quality, free yoga to all.
