Authenticity, Intimacy and Freedom

Women’s Retreat with Alaya Babineau of Wilderness Within

Imagine a weekend where the weight of daily life melts away, replaced by the soothing warmth of natural hot springs and the genuine connection of sisterhood. You'll experience a weekend filled with the love of nature, laughter, and authentic sharing. Our retreat is designed to give you time and space to recharge, heal, and grow.

Who We Are
We are two dynamic and passionate women, each with over 30 years of experience living close to the earth and sharing the gifts we've gathered along the way. Our mission is to create a space for intimacy, authenticity, and freedom, using the powerful tools we've cultivated to help women reconnect with themselves and each other.

What You Will Receive
At our retreat, you will leave feeling more rested, rejuvenated, and deeply connected. You'll experience a weekend filled with the love of nature, laughter, and authentic sharing. Our retreat is designed to give you time and space to recharge, heal, and grow alongside like-minded women.

This Retreat Is For You If...
This retreat is for you if you feel called to spend time in a circle of women—a circle that spans all ages and backgrounds, creating a unique sense of sisterhood. There is something powerful about the safety and understanding that arises when women come together, offering heart-centered, vulnerable sharings. The support you’ll experience in this space will help you heal, grow, and return to your true, authentic self.

Harbin Hot Springs was the home for us both for almost 20 years. This land and the community provided a lifestyle very close to the earth. A life that valued freedom. As we mature we have both discovered that true freedom is inner freedom, the freedom to discover and be who we are in a real way. Our lifes at Harbin invited walking barefoot, carrying our water, sitting in many women's circles for moon ceremonies, sweat lodge, singing, dancing and celebrating diversity. We together learned the way of the earth from the community's grandmother, Lorindra Moonstar.

“What an amazing retreat with Satya at Sierra Hot Springs! This was my first time working with Satya who came highly recommended, also my first time at Sierra Hot Springs and both exceeded my expectations. Satya's healing energy mixed with being in nature at the hot springs made the weekend magical. I am looking forward to doing more work with this beautiful yoga practitioner.” - Retreat Participant

“Satya is such a special individual and it’s an honor to have any time at all in her presence. Add in therapeutic hot springs, yoga, meditation, chanting and the intimacy of a small group in a beautiful natural environment – at the end of the weekend you pretty much feel like you’ve “gone to the moon.” I can’t recommend this retreat highly enough for anyone wanting to s-l-o-w, move more inward and come home to themselves”. –2019 Retreat Participant
