The Joy of Living

Women’s Retreat with Alaya Babineau of Wilderness Within

Are you wondering how to have more joy in your life? Are you curious about how to tap into the birthright of joy?

This weekend we will focus on cultivating joy, celebrating life and traveling the inner landscape. We will focus on seeing the glimpses of pleasures and treasures, awakening to the goodness of  our everyday life and appreciating what we have.

Joy is an essential quality of our true nature. Not just the joy we feel when we get what we want, but a deeper and more fundamental joy.

Who We Are
We are two dynamic and passionate women, each with over 30 years of experience living close to the earth and sharing the gifts we've gathered along the way. Our mission is to create a space for intimacy, authenticity, and freedom, using the powerful tools we've cultivated to help women reconnect with themselves and each other.

What You Will Receive
At our retreat, you will leave feeling more rested, rejuvenated, and deeply connected. You'll experience a weekend filled with the love of nature, laughter, and authentic sharing. Our retreat is designed to give you time and space to recharge, heal, and grow alongside like-minded women.

This Retreat Is For You If...
This retreat is for you if you feel called to spend time in a circle of women—a circle that spans all ages and backgrounds, creating a unique sense of sisterhood. There is something powerful about the safety and understanding that arises when women come together, offering heart-centered, vulnerable sharings. The support you’ll experience in this space will help you heal, grow, and return to your true, authentic self.

“A retreat with Satya and Alaya, whether a day, weekend, or weeklong, is a deep dive into self reflection, self care, healing and rejuvenating. Their retreats are a well balanced mix of teachings and practices, time as a group and time alone, structured time and free time, time for insight and time for exploration. They are skillful in managing difficult content and consistently provide a loving and supportive container for the group.”

– Sarah Collins Laffer, Retreat Participant

“Wonderful and nourishing weekend. Satya is a gifted, highly skilled teacher of embodiment and of living spiritual principles on the ground, in real life. I went away feeling relaxed, my body and mind opened and inspired. Highly recommended!”
